2021-2022



Health360 is an innovative virtual health care platform of HealthCare 365 virtual health management company. Its foundational belief is that blending a protocol-driven software platform with a high-touch personalized nursing service has been the driving force behind its success in the health care space.

The goal of this project was to redesign the website for a better user experience, improving the platform for current clients, as well as making it welcoming for new users. The project was a collaboration between HealthCare365 and George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.

My team: Guilherme Sutto de Rezende, Tina Pham, Brandon Li.

Research

We have determined our three main focuses:
‍Navigation — users got lost in navigating through the website.
‍Visibility — users can't really tell the differences between each category easily.
‍Feedback — users were confused after a finishing task (i.e. no confirmation)We have agreed with the team that these issues can be solved by revisions in the hierarchy of color, icon design, and the overall layout.
